2. Project Agreement: All projects will be confirmed via a written agreement that outlines the scope of work, pricing, turnaround time, and revision policy.
3. Client Content: You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use all footage, music, and other materials provided to us for editing. We are not liable for copyright infringement arising from your content.
4. Revisions: We offer a limited number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Payment: Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. We typically require payment upfront or upon completion of the project. Late payments may incur a penalty fee.
6. Delivery: We will deliver the final edited video through a secure online platform as specified in the project agreement.
7. Confidentiality: We will treat your project information and content with strict confidentiality.
8. Termination: This agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice and with cause.
9. Warranties: We represent that we have the skills and experience to provide quality editing services. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or success of your YouTube content.
10. Limitation of Liability: Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages.
11. Copyright: The edited video will remain your intellectual property. We retain ownership of any custom graphics or animations created specifically for your project.
12. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration, mediation, or local court.
13. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
14. Updates: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms.
15. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
